Electioneering
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, Energy Action Coalition (EAC) is prohibited from engaging in political "electioneering," or from using any of its resources to allow others to engage in electioneering activities. In accordance with this prohibition, EAC operated blog content may not make any express or implied statement endorsing or opposing any political party or candidate for political office.
Comments on Energy Action blogs, videos, or other postings require a valid email address and typically remain open for 10 days. EAC respects your privacy; we will not sell or rent your email address to anyone.
All comments offered in the spirit of civil conversation are welcome! Commercial spam, obscenity and other rude behavior are not, and will be removed. We are also required to remove any express or implied statement endorsing or opposing any political party or candidate for political office.
Removal
While Energy Action Coalition thrives in a spirit of open dialogue and opposes censorship; we reserve the right to request removal of a post if we see or get a report of something which seems to cross the line. If it is not removed, we reserve the right to remove it ourselves.
