  • Guests arrive: 10 minutes mingle, hellos. hand out materials, go around introductions (name, why your excited about PV)

  • Introductions

  • PV Leader pitches PV as a campaign. Follow with thoughts and discussion (possible leading items could be how the platform relates to your school). (25 minutes)

  • Brainstorm initial group goals.

  • Discuss Roles and responsibilities.

  • Recruitment discussion including recruitment training by state coordinator(s).

  • Final steps, reaffirming roles/commitments, time line (projected).

  • Dinner ready, turn on tunes, get some food, and dance your full bellied head off.
